About this project
Azure is an animated ocean adventure about Zoe, a young sea turtle who sets out across the Pacific searching for her purpose in life. Along the way, she encounters Azure, a feared blue shark who has spent years believing that weakness and failure make someone unworthy of survival.
After years of stalking Zoe, Azure unexpectedly becomes her reluctant protector and companion. Their journey takes them through reefs, the deep ocean, the Sargassum Sea, and the Galápagos, forcing both of them to confront their fears, trauma, and insecurities.
As Zoe learns that she doesn't need to know her destination to keep moving forward, Azure learns that being vulnerable doesn't make her weak. Ultimately, their journey becomes a story about self-worth, forgiveness, redemption, perseverance, and discovering your purpose through the legacy you leave behind.
At its heart, Azure is a story about two survivors who learn that being small, imperfect, or afraid doesn't mean you are destined to fail—you just have to keep moving forward.
