The Village of Dobbs Ferry invites artists and artist teams to submit qualifications for the design of a permanent exterior mural at the primary entryway to the village. This is a public art commission opportunity in the NYC metro area for artists interested in large-scale, community-facing mural work. Artist teams are welcome to apply collaboratively.
